Protecting Members and Employees During the Coronavirus Outbreak

Alaska USA is following the direction of local, state and the federal government, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in its response to the current COVID-19 pandemic event. Check back regularly for updates on how we will continue to serve you during this time.

 

 

Your safety is our priority

Alaska USA remains committed to providing the best member service possible while taking the following precautions to protect members and employees:

  • Adhering to social distancing recommendations and encouraging members to do the same.
  • Increasing the frequency and thoroughness of workspace and facilities cleaning.
  • Adjusting branch hours and services.
  • Postponing all credit union-sponsored events.
  • Working with members effected by unanticipated closures of public services.

Hours and availability

Most Alaska USA branch lobbies have reopened for business at least 5 days a week.

If you plan to visit us in-person, we encourage visitors to wear a mask or protective face covering. Please note you may be asked to briefly remove it to identify yourself before entering.

The health and safety of our members and employees remains a top priority. All branch locations have installed glass sanitary barriers for safe member-employee interactions, and social distancing rules will be followed to at all times.

For the continued safety of members and employees, we encourage limiting face-to-face interaction at Alaska USA branches.

All drive-up locations offer expanded financial services, and members can easily use the Alaska USA app to:
